Many people say, 'I don't have to go to church to be a Christian,' without considering fellowship in relation to their continued spiritual growth. In the New Testament coming together is emphasized. Over and over we find the passages saying to love one another, encourage one another and comfort each other.

Choosing to continue to grow spiritually is a part of realizing we are not simply just physical beings, but that we are also spiritual beings. Just like anything else, what you don't feed will die. Attending church isn't just something good for the kids. We, as adults, must continue to grow spiritually as well.

This is our invitation to come see what we're all about. We're not putting on any special programs, we're just reaching out to all of our listed members and inviting the general public back to our churches. We must continue to grow in our relationships with God to understand what he wants of us.

We miss some things not being in a big city, but there's an awfully lot we adore about a small town. We're glad to be part of Fairview. We enjoy our service and ministry.

We understand there are conflicts that sometimes leave people feeling hurt by others in the church, or other situations which have left people feeling isolated. Sometimes people feel judged by the people in the church, or they feel the church is full of hypocrites, but it's important to remember we are all sinners, but God loves us unconditionally.
