Ken Lay
Kenneth Lee "Ken" Laywas an American businessman. He was the CEO and chairman of Enron Corporation. Lay was indicted by a grand jury on 11 counts of securities fraud in 2004. In 2006, Lay's trial began in Houston and he was found guilty on 10 counts. Lay died while vacationing in Snowmass, Colorado, on July 5, 2006, three months before his October 23 sentencing.
