The economy has improved. We are now serving thousands of people who didn't know they were eligible, or who didn't think it was worth pursuing because benefits would be too low, or who didn't apply because they thought it would be a hassle.

Proper nutrition doesn't solve all of our social problems, but it makes all the others more manageable. The state that prides itself in the production of food should make sure that nobody goes hungry for lack of resources.

Along with the legacy of her husband, Frank Roberts, her legacy continues to extend itself to the people in this building who are helping provide for the citizens of this state.
