help might package somewhere talked three
We've talked about all going somewhere as a package deal, as the Three Amigos, because we know we can help someone win. But you know, they might want those two and not me and I'd be out there on my own.
bring good presence stand
I like people. I like my teammates. I can't stand cliques. I'm not a very good player, but I will bring a presence (where) there's not many cliques. If there's an intangible, I bring that intangible.
doubts excited exciting last page personally prove turn year
It's an exciting time. I'm excited personally to turn the page from last year and come out and prove the doubts wrong.
awesome baltimore baseball camden field football great home liked love parking town yards
I love it here. Baltimore is a great baseball town and Camden Yards is a great stadium. I've always liked Camden Yards, and it's even better being on the home side. We've got a football field for a clubhouse, an awesome jacuzzi and our own parking lot. How can you complain?
last man nine took
Manny took one for the team. That's why he's the No. 1 RBI man in the world for the last nine years.
action arm great pitcher seemed whatever
Spotting and painting. Radke was Radke. Period. He's got great arm action on his changeup. He's a great pitcher ... seemed like he could do whatever he wanted with the baseball.
hunter
I don't think Torii Hunter would have had that ball.
begins fun hell
The fun begins (tonight). It's going to be a hell of a series.
anybody athlete good guy left playing problems
The guy is too good of an athlete to play there. He should be playing left field. He'll have no problems at first base. If I can play there, anybody can.
bring course doubt easy five general good high losing opportunity payroll people players position replace
No doubt about it, it's never as easy as people think. I don't think losing three, four, five position players is easy to replace. Having to replace the general manager, it's tough. But can they do it? Of course they can. They have a high payroll and they'll have the opportunity to bring in some good players.
confidence five four living
You don't want to make a living down four or five runs. But to know that you have the confidence to come back is nice.
believing bottom good group guys looking matter needs pitchers staying team
You're not looking at a team that needs 10 pieces. I think it's just a matter of things going the right way and pitchers staying healthy. And just going for it. That's the bottom line. You get a good group of guys believing in each other, you've got a shot.
easy
The easy thing to do would have been to give up. But we don't do anything easy in this clubhouse.
appreciate everybody fans gave gives guy nice red relate talented
The one thing I can always relate with the Red Sox fans is that I gave everything I had every night. They appreciate the blue-collar-type guy that's not as talented as everybody but gives his all. It was a nice welcome.
