excessive kids knew passive pressure talk
It was very important and we did talk about it. We knew it was important, but I didn't want to put excessive pressure on the kids so they were passive on offense.
awful competing concerned control few fierce fortunate kid matt nice players quite special
Matt is a very special player. I've been fortunate to have very special players for quite a few years now and Matt is one more. Matt doesn't need much coaching. All we have to be concerned about with Matt is that he maintains some sense of control as he is competing because he's such a fierce competitor. He'll do anything to win, he's just an awful nice kid to coach.
defended fast foul hurt matt michael starters tempo trouble type
We had two of our starters down for most of the game. I thought they defended Matt (Weeks) well. It was a pretty physical, fast tempo type of game. Keith (Jones) in foul trouble hurt us, obviously. Michael (Warren) in foul trouble hurt us still.
decisions quick
We have to make better decisions. We need to know when to be quick and when to be patient.
angles ball county flow hamilton pass played

bucket four good lead momentum next three
We regained the lead and regained the momentum and we had some pretty good looks. Even with the lead at 23-22, we had some good looks. We just couldn't get it to fall. You kind of had a sense that if we could ever get up three or four we'd be in really good shape. But, we just couldn't get that next bucket in.
certainly continues dunk finished great hit hurt lift mistakes needs people player sophomore teams variety weights work
When people see a 6-foot 4 or 6-foot 5 player hit a three-pointer or dunk they think they see a great player. Isiah will become a great player if he continues to lift weights and work in the off-season and do the things he needs to do. He's certainly not a finished product. He is just a sophomore and makes mistakes but he can hurt opposing teams in a variety of ways.
