The last three or four games we have come out of the box pretty fast. Hopefully we can keep it up. The teams will get better and we can't take anybody lightly.

I'm looking forward to a great game. You have the No. 1 and No. 3 teams playing each other. We'll try to manufacture runs and stay away from fly balls and strikeouts.

Have you ever seen a shortstop play a finer game than that. She probably saved two or three runs.
beginning game hitting matter played team
That wasn't the same team we played at the beginning of the year. But hitting it like that, we were going to make a game of it no matter who showed up.
bad help win
This will help us mentally. To play this bad defensively and win helps.
anybody chance district maybe
We didn't want to take the chance of getting anybody hurt. I don't think we'll make it up. Maybe we would if it was a district game.
confidence district great wins
When you've had as many wins as we've had, our confidence has been up. But they've got a great team. This district is going to be anybody's.

We've done that three times now. The only two loses we've had were the other two.
