I don't think it was their defense so much. We just missed shots. We had open looks. In the first half, we missed a lot of chippies inside. That's the difference between winning and not, executing at crucial times.

In education we call it the hidden curriculum, which is the intangible - the friendships, relationships and good times - and we celebrate those first. It just so happens we?re playing for first place, but win or lose, when we wake up Friday, we?re going to go to practice and continue to work hard.

I think the difference in this game was two things. I think their size. We were one and done for most of the evening. And our inability to hit shots, both in the paint and on the outside. Their defense is good but I don?t think their defense affected our missing shots.

In the big picture it was one of 20, but I think the kids gained a lot of confidence beating a very good team. We have so many things on which to improve, we're pretty much on an even keel.
