The awe factor ended this summer, three months ago, once I first got into Philly,

Just the intensity level. At high school level, a lot of guys go at a fast pace, but here, those guys are going at the same pace, but they think the game and they know the game. You don?t necessarily have to go 95 miles an hour to get things done. Guys like Kevin Ollie, he?s going 60 and 70 and he?s just as effective as the next guy.

The awe factor ended when I met him. He made me feel comfortable from Day 1. That's over with and now we're teammates.

The horse did everything I expect of him. He just needed a chance. He got it, and he took it.

I lost all hope because no teams that I worked out for had picks after that,

I accomplished a lot of things in high school, but this is a completely different game. If I can carry things over, just the same attitude, same intensity level and just learn, keep my ears open to everything and just keep working hard.

best camp great guys high nba ready school shape stepping stone training treadmill
When I first got here I wasn?t in the best of shape. I thought I was in high school shape, but now I?m getting there. We?re working out at the place The Summit. They had us on an incline treadmill and everything. I feel like I?m NBA ready now. Obviously, it?ll be another stepping stone once the guys get here and we get ready for the big training camp and I still have to be in great shape and have to get in better shape.
