dribble game opened scoring shooting slash
Offensively, his shooting has really opened up a lot for his game. He does it all. He's tough. He can slash to the basket. Now, he's scoring off the dribble a little bit.
care needed took
It would have been nice, but we took care of what we needed to take care of.
business trip
Right now, it's a business trip for us.
last team ultimately
I think ultimately you've got to see how they do in the playoffs. But last year's team was good.
enjoyed hung nice people seen
It's nice to see some people you haven't seen in a while. Just hung out and enjoyed that for the day.
focus full game good guys might plan stay stuck teams trying
Hopefully, it's us doing a good job. We're just so keyed into what we're trying to do defensively, we try not to focus on those other things. Where other teams see some guys bicker, they might try to use that, but we just try to stay our course. That's what we did for a full 48 minutes, stuck to our game plan to a 'T.
looked worse
It just looked a lot worse than it was.
executing game loss plan pressure talk trying
This was a big game for us after that loss when we didn't play well. We had a talk before the game about executing our game plan and trying to put some pressure on them.
played season tough
We had a lot of interchangeable parts, and we got better as the season went along. We got up and down the floor. We played tough defense. We were perimeter-oriented.
bitter bounce left obviously playing rise taste tough week
We'll respond; we've responded all season. It was obviously disappointing, and it left a bitter taste in everybody's mouth. We have to bounce back. This is another big week for us. We're playing some tough teams, and we really have to rise to the occasion.
good last time
This time it was just muscular, which is a good thing where it doesn't last as long, luckily. It's calm, and it's on its way out.
great guard playing tenacious
Yeah, definitely. That team, like this one, was a lot of interchangeable parts, getting up and down the floor, playing tenacious defense, predicated on great guard play.
