It gives me a little freedom, a little longer leash, especially when you haven't played in a while. I needed to get a little confidence back there to try to bear down.

I couldn't see the shot, but I knew he was going high-glove. I saw his face move, I saw his head move and I knew the shot was coming. I knew where he was going with it and I knew I was beaten right away.
elite games puts thirty wins
Thirty wins usually only comes with a real No. 1 guy. You have to play a lot of games to get to 30, obviously. That puts me in a real elite group.
blanket energy frustrated game knew neutral tried
We knew if we let them play their game with all the energy they had, it was going to be a long game for us. We just tried to do the same. We put the blanket on them in the neutral zone, and they got frustrated right off the bat.

We're seeing some changes around here, and I think goalie-wise everyone knew what was going to happen.

We're just trying our best and trying to stay in hockey games with teams that are either in the playoffs or trying to get in there. We're definitely not going to sit it out and just wait until next year, that's for sure.
