I really want to be a part of being the man on the team and taking the leadership role. That will help me grow. This team will have the potential to do a lot of big things.

The team doesn't want to be bullied. It makes you look like a coward and makes you look small. Our team has more of an ego or a pride thing. Teams seem to try and bully us and we step up and take the challenge.
