He's been a big part of our success these last two years. This year he has taken on a leadership role. He's matured and been a vocal leader. He's not afraid to say the tough things that may ruffle some feathers. But I think everyone on the team really likes and respect him.

I selected Blake to be my fifth shooter, knowing that he can handle that kind of pressure. He's had some big kicks for the football team, but I can't imagine he's had a bigger one in the last year than that.

He was kind of mad that he only had three assists through (his first) two years. He realized he needed to get his teammates involved. The five assists are more impressive than the 14 goals.
