He has the ability to be one of the best players we've ever had (at CFCC). He's as strong as any freshman we've had and he has good instincts. He's a complete baseball player.

That's what winning teams do. If someone makes a boot, someone has to pick him up. And in that case, Adam picked himself up. That was huge.
health school
I'd like to see him get an education, go to school and so forth, but it's really up to him. I don't know what he is going to do. We're just concentrating on his health right now.

He's just been a hitting machine since he's gotten here. You could tell after the fall that he'd stepped in and was going to be in the lineup. He earned that scholarship.

Spencer had a stinger in his neck (for the last couple days) that he didn't tell me about until the second inning. But he battled like crazy.

It was nice to get Criswell a nice outing. Still bouncing back from surgery, he had some outings where he didn't trust his stuff.

He fits perfectly as far as the type of kid we want to sign, and being a local kid that we got to see for several years. Over time you see a kid play mistake-free baseball, make all the plays and do the little things well and he grows on you and grows on you. He's gonna be fine. He'll step right in and play for us.

Two out hits is what you have to do to win close games. Especially in conference.
coming definitely good starting swings
We're starting to (build confidence). It definitely isn't where we want to be, but with good swings and pitching, it's coming together.
