My hip was a lot better when I woke up this morning. I'm relieved that I can walk around without any sharp pain. I putted great and holed some long putts, ... On 17, I tried to hit a hard seven iron instead a cruisy six iron and blocked it right. I played a good bunker shot but missed the par putt from three feet. That's life.

I knew I had to bring my 'A' game today and I did. I had a great start to the round with eagle on the fourth and that set the whole mood of the game. But the most important thing was that I couldn't let up and had to keep my foot on the accelerator.

Last year was such an amazing experience for me personally. It helped a great deal that I had so much confidence in my equipment - especially my driver and golf ball.
