Unusually for social housing of this type, there is nothing institutional about the feel of this building. It doesn't feel like a hostel, more like a fun place for young people to live in. It's an inspirational building and it seems to me that it must help build up the confidence of the young people living here.

These guys are characters, and that's one of the things that got ESPN very excited, ... They don't look so perfect. They've got strange regional accents and odd facial hair. They've lived a lot of life and they look like it. And they are also superb at what they do.

When I joined the band, being that I was going to take this up as a profession, I realized that there were no two finer guitar players in the world that I'd rather play with.
