I think a lot of programs, policies have been put in place since 9/11, have prevented a 9/11-style attack. On the other hand, I think the threat has become greater, not lesser.

It's obviously a concern. Reagan National has and will be a target. The system works because the person was caught. That didn't happen on Sept. 11. That is a good sign. If we are still getting box cutters through screening, that is a problem.
