Michael Joseph "Iron Mike" Donahuewas an American football player, coach of football, basketball, baseball, tennis, track, soccer, and golf, and a college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at Auburn University, at Louisiana State University, and at Spring Hill College. Donahue also coached basketball, baseball, track, and soccer at Auburn and baseballand tennisat LSU. He was inducted as a coach into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1951.
