We're struggling to provide adequate food to our agencies because we've had cuts in USDA commodities. We aren't getting the canned beans, vegetables and fruit that we used to. We're hearing that the amount of canned food is down because of crop failures, but the federal government hasn't put any new money into the program for ten years.
