We're a much better team than we were early on. That's from guys playing together, learning the system. We've learned a lot this year from our coaches.

He's got tons of patience, and the new rules definitely help him out. He was tough to stop before, when you put a stick on him and grab him.

They don't quit. I've seen them do that a few times. We knew they weren't going to give up.
barely games guys understand until
Look around and a lot of guys have barely had 200 games in the NHL. They haven't been around that long. As a defenseman you don't really understand the game until you're up around 300.
door phenomenal shut won
He made a lot of phenomenal saves. We had some opportunities to put some in and he shut the door on us. He won them that game.
bury chances everybody hockey playing playoff scoring time year
It's getting to that time of year where it's playoff hockey and everybody is playing a lot tighter now. I really don't think you're going to see a lot of chances from here on out. Any time you get a scoring chance you've got to bury it.
convert felt french fun game hopefully knew national people soccer
I never knew there were so many French people in Florida. It was fun, to tell you the truth. I felt like I was at a soccer game or something with two national anthems. Hopefully we can convert some of their fans.

It's just a way to help, ... I didn't know what I could do, so I figured I would come down and answer calls and take these donations that people are gracious to give.

Everybody's going to be happy for him. Being a key player, I think it would be great for him if he gets more confidence. He's already a confident player.
doubt draining jet mentally playing tough
I think everyone's going to find it tough. It's a mentally draining tournament. They've been playing a lot and with jet lag, it's going to be tough for them, no doubt about it.
chances early few playing running trying
Early on we were playing them the way we wanted to play them. Then we get down a few and we're running and gunning trying to get chances back. That's what they want you to do.
challenge definitely
It's definitely going to be a challenge for us.

All we can be thinking about is Montreal. That's the team we're trying to catch.

He makes a lot of plays for them, so you definitely have to watch where he is.
