Rob has been doing very good. He had a sore knee for two weeks and the injury healed. He has started to get his times back to where they were. The doctor said he needed to rest the injury.

He has come into his own and can swim in the major events. Our goal is to have the boys' team finish in the top 10 and we should accomplish that goal.

She has made big improvement. Emily is extremely consistent all of the time. She has been doing a lot of pace work and is an extremely hard worker. She has gotten what she deserves and tried to break that record for the last four years.

There is so much competition from 52 schools (in Class AA) and four people go into each event. There are 220 girls and that is a lot of competitors. We have the largest swimming district in the United States and that includes Florida, Texas and California.
