found large people percentage price value
We found too large a percentage of procurement dollars, especially for professional services, were going out of state, ... We now look not only at value and price but where are the people who will be doing the work.
america capable crossroads economic impact labeled large
To make the economic impact that I think Indiana's capable of we have to do a lot of things large and small, ... We weren't labeled the Crossroads of America for nothing.
attention came destiny feeling felt frustrated home job large larger pay people shared state traveling
One thing that came home traveling the state was how frustrated it is, ... People down here felt that Indianapolis didn't pay attention to them. aid dollars federal help lesser means ought places plenty priorities priority seat spend support tax top
I would think that humanitarian aid to Americans ought to come right at the top of priority lists, ... I, for one, would support all the aid that makes sense to help these places get back together. We owe it to Hoosier taxpayers to look for every opportunity to save money, ... State government does not need one vehicle for every three employees, or 20 aircraft. These vehicle auctions alone have returned more than $1.5 million to state government, but the greater savings are in operations and maintenance no longer necessary.
federal guard happy ready whatever
We are ready to do whatever can be done. I am happy to place transportation capabilities of the Guard at federal disposal, if that would be helpful.
