We were definitely ready. (Friday) night we did not play our 'A' game by any means (in a 62-39 win over Denison). I thought our defense was superb.

It was a solid win on the road. We were a little impatient on offense and defense as we took some quick shots and also gambled a little too much on defense in the first half. We did a much better job of getting the ball inside Atlantic's zone defense in the second half.

We just kept fighting and clawing and hung in there. It was a physical game. Everybody wanted it, and we were fortunate enough to get a shot to go down at the end.
