I definitely feel more comfortable when I know what to expect and I know what the program is. I'm very good with routines. That's not to say I can't make an adjustment if you move me in the lineup, but in general I know I'm going to bat third or fourth or fifth in the lineup, and it's nice to know what your role is.

Adam Everett made some adjustments during spring training and has a much better approach at the plate. The guy's in a very difficult position a lot of times batting eight hole and is coming up with outstanding at-bats. Jason Lane hadn't been swinging it the way he'd like to and he starts crushing the ball.
