It's the old-school A's. I think there are six or seven guys who have a chance to hit 20 homers in that lineup, and maybe more. It's really exciting to see what's going to happen. I'm juiced and I know everyone else is excited too.

I never imagined this when the day started and I wasn't playing, ... I was excited to get the opportunity in that spot. We got so many clutch hits that we needed, especially form our big guys, Kotsay and Chavez.

I think it's going to be awesome. I don't think there's any other way to put it. Emotions will be running high. All the guys in this clubhouse know what we have, and other people are starting to pay attention, so we'll just have to go out and prove it.

You blink and it's in the mitt. He struck me out with a 101-m.p.h. fastball. I didn't really see it. I kind of heard it whiz right past me. Very select few people can throw the ball that hard. He's going to be a tough one. You're going to have to bring your 'A' game every time you see him.
