Norval Eugene Turneris an American football coach who is the offensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League. From a standpoint of doing this job, you focus on the football. You keep working with the coaches, with your players, to see how you can get yourself better. How you cannot have to spend a lot of time talking about it. But part of the job is answering the types of questions you have to answer. That goes with the territory.
