In this situation, we're playing a good team that's going to the playoffs and trying to win their division. Hopefully, that should get our guys excited and bring out the best in them.

As with any professional job, there is good and bad. I think at times, particularly in Washington when my kids were young, that you see it affecting them. But they have grown up with it and I think they handle it pretty well.

How you cannot have to spend a lot of time talking about it. But part of the job is answering the types of questions you have to answer. That goes with the territory.
