Palitha T. B. Kohona is a Sri Lankan born diplomat. He was the ex Permanent Representative of Sri Lanka to the United Nations. Until August 2009 he was the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Sri Lanka and was the former Secretary-General of the Secretariat for Coordinating the Peace Process.
