I want them to remember the feeling they had when they completed something--some for the first time in their life--not only completed it, but successfully completed it. It will help them the rest of their lives.

We should go through an evaluation to make sure that we're doing everything we can to keep people's power on in extreme circumstances or day-to-day. We're pretty hard on ourselves internally when it comes to reliability.

We're not in a position to say too much. We need to make a decision on how to take it forward.
