I am delighted and excited to compete in New York. I have been at the race several times before as a spectator, this time I will be in action.
athletes call century doubt easily match possible quality race
I call this the race of the century because it is not easily that you can find the quality of the athletes like in this race. I doubt that it will be possible to match it again.
expecting last sprint
The last thing I was expecting was a sprint at the finish. In the last 200m I had to give all I had. It was very hard.

I trained really well all day, felt fine when I trained in the evening and went to sleep. In the morning I woke up with a lot of pain. I tried to train but I couldn't walk afterwards. I flew to Italy to get some treatment and therapy but it didn't work.
