Ralph Harry Friedgenis an American football coach. He was most recently the special assistant coach for Rutgers after serving as the offensive coordinator in the 2014 season. He was the head coach at the University of Maryland, College Park from 2000 to 2010. I have a young team that I'm trying to bring along, not only for this game, but for the rest of the season. We tried to spend a couple of those days on areas we thought we could improve on.

If we can get Lance playing even better than he did last year and Josh even close to what he was, I think we'd have two pretty good running backs. What Josh would bring to the table is he can go all the way. If we can get him back to that, we'll be in pretty good shape. I don't know if that will happen or not.

With an added year of maturity, both physically and mentally, I would think Melvin would make an immediate impact. He can really run for a big guy, has tremendous acceleration coming off the edge.
