She was able to leave the apartment, get down to the second floor, where she summoned help. We set up basically a rescue team to hold containment, because he was still up in the apartment. So we moved in and rescued her and a couple of other neighbors who were there.
budget evaluation leave national producing results time
There was a national evaluation that showed it just wasn't producing the results we wanted. Also, it didn't leave flexibility. During a time of budget tightness we discontinued it.

Is this familiar or similar to choking game incidents? Yes. But we just don't know. We will look at everything to try to figure it out.

It's obviously a case of friends staying out late and partying into the early morning.

This was one of the largest in recent years and certainly the most efficient and the most peaceful. They weren't trying to take over downtown. It was a fantastic, peaceful voicing of opinion.
