Rarely does a facility go through a license inspection without any deficiencies. We certainly didn't see any immediate jeopardy to patients. Our concerns were that there are still some things in the process of being corrected. Will we go back in? I can't say yes or no on that. Because there's the possibility the license could be revoked, it's something we take very seriously.

Schools have screened students for height and weight for about 50 years. They're simply taking what they've already been screening for and calculating the BMI.

It's going to take a combination of all of us. No one person can do everything, or one agency. We're trying to get everyone to work together.

From a health department standpoint, it's closed. They can't admit patients. They can't treat patients. They can't do hospital-type work there.
