The one who, having killed the serpent, released the seven rivers; the one who drove out the cows by undoing .. one who generates fire between two rocks, victor in battles, he, O people, is Indra.

The one who is first and possessed of wisdom when born; the god who strove to protect the gods with strength; the one before whose force the two worlds were afraid because of the greatness of his virility, he, O people, is Indra.

The person who is enthusiastic attains everything through hard work and efforts. He can subdue all his enemies.
deeds divine good happiness incessant involved
The person who is always involved in good deeds experiences incessant divine happiness.
good karma perform strength success
The person desirous of success and strength should perform good karma continuously.
becomes blessed darkness great himself inevitably liberates mind noble pure
The person blessed with a pure mind is noble and he inevitably becomes great and liberates himself from the darkness of ignorance.
happiness life
The real happiness of life is in doing 'karma'.
bring desire
We desire what is not but then try to bring it about that it is.
guru knowledge self ways
There are two ways by which knowledge can be imbibed- from an able guru and self study.
harmony nature people prevails similar
Harmony prevails if people of similar nature meet.
lies lies-and-lying short speaks
An untruthful person speaks lies and as a result, is short lived.
begets failures laziness lost
Laziness begets nothing but failures and lost opportunities.
acquires attains knowledge scholar
A scholar is always praised. He who attains knowledge also acquires capabilities to vanquish his enemies.
critics-and-criticism people praise praises successful tolerate wicked
Praises make the wicked deaf(they can't tolerate criticism) while people who praise become successful because of their humility.
