(West Memphis) was 1-5 coming in and I knew they were going to beat people in our league. I was just hoping it wasn't going to be us. Taking nothing away from West Memphis, but I thought we set the game of basketball back a little bit. Our execution was horrible.

We're in a position we haven't been in a lot since we've been at Searcy. This time of year, we're usually trying to finish the conference strong and find out where we'll be sitting for the playoffs. This year it didn't happen like that, but these guys will continue to battle. This team has guys with high character.

It's disappointing, to say the least, to drop three straight games at home when you have such great students and such great fans. But no one hates it any worse than our guys. But I know they're going to do everything they can to battle back and turn it around. And that's the only thing I know to do. That's the only alternative we have.

If I'd known we'd have kept Henry from scoring from the field in the second half I would've liked our chances. We did a good job on him in the second half, but when you don't score everything looks ugly.
