I'm always the bad guy. I tell the staff and the leaders of the team, 'It'd be nice if some of you would take a little of that on.' I feel like the Wicked Witch of the West all the time, but I'm not afraid of being unpopular. I worry about trying to do the right thing.

They're his everything. They are his family. Not to mention that I think they saved his neck a countless number of times. He feels pretty bad about leaving them behind.

It's not that bad at all. I could have kept on going. But it's just taking a precaution before it gets worse than what it already is.

It's been taxing on me, having to watch, ... Hopefully, I won't have to watch any longer. It's tough because when you're on the outside looking in, you think every bad play, you could have made. That's not realistic. It hurts when your team is losing. The only thing I can do is to try to have the mind-set that whenever I get back, I'm going to try to be a difference-maker.

That's a bad memory. Obviously, we didn't play as well as we needed to, but it was a lot tougher than it should have been. It would be a place I'd really strongly encourage them taking a neutral crew.

It was good to see him and to see him win it. If I couldn't win it, I'm glad he did.
antsy good hardly knows room sit time
He was antsy before we went out and couldn't hardly sit still. But for the first time out, he had some good stuff. It was a good start, but he knows there's some room for improvement.
reminded schedule tough worry
I keep being reminded about how tough the remainder of our schedule is. But we just need to worry about us, not about who we're going to play.
