bothering came early groin guys pressure quick wound
It was just before we got (Sullivan) and we were struggling, so I came back early (from a groin strain) and it wound up bothering me for about 10 more games. There was a lot more pressure then, but there isn't as much now. I still want to get back as quick as I can, but the guys are doing really well.

On a team like this, I can be satisfied with that role. This team is capable of a lot of good things and they need a guy like that. It takes pressure off the starters if they're having a tough day and those late-inning relievers don't need to be in earlier. I'm hoping that I can be the glue between the cracks.

She's certainly made an impact with her power as well as with hitting for average. It's a lot of pressure to be hitting in that four or five spot and she's had to step up and do that.

Last year was huge for us. I think it has put a little pressure on this year's team. But that's all right. We had our first winning season last year and it was just a great year.

It was good to see him and to see him win it. If I couldn't win it, I'm glad he did.

He was antsy before we went out and couldn't hardly sit still. But for the first time out, he had some good stuff. It was a good start, but he knows there's some room for improvement.
reminded schedule tough worry
I keep being reminded about how tough the remainder of our schedule is. But we just need to worry about us, not about who we're going to play.

I would see her and her daughters on the front porch and in the back yard. I was shocked. I was just talking to her. We had gone to the Hometown Flea Market and when we got back everyone was saying your neighbor's dead. It was like being hit by a hammer.

This is a joke. Kids have been playing (here) ... families have been walking all over. People have been laying out on the sand there. It's crazy. But I'll be glad when it's finally all cleaned up.

That's an explosive team with a lot of weapons. Once they got a lot of momentum, they had us on our heels.

He's going after one of baseball's greatest records. There's going to be a buzz with everything he does, from getting coffee to going to home plate. What he wants to do is his decision. We're happy to have him here.

He has a long way to go, but he accepts that and is one to work hard, and he has enough in his physical style of play to be a good risk.
