balanced coming far four matter played player team type
This is by far the most balanced team I've played on. It doesn't matter who's scoring. You can take away one player and there's four more coming at you. (Georgia) used every type of defense, and we still managed to win.
emphasis final game knowing leave tennessee though three
It's much more of an emphasis knowing this could be my final game in a Tennessee uniform. I don't want to leave here without a ring. Even though I have been to three Final Fours, I still have not been able to get a ring.
fork people stick
You never stick a fork in Tennessee. When people think that, that's when you become more dangerous.
clutch
She's a clutch player. She doesn't get rattled.
days defense focused next sure three
For three days, defense was what we focused on. I'm sure that's what we'll focus on for the next three days as well. We've got to get better defensively.
answer breathing continue easy hard huge run saw
They made a huge run and we had no answer at the time. We saw that they were breathing hard so we wanted to continue to get easy baskets in transition.
addition both collective definitely effort ends miss overcome somebody team
She's just somebody that definitely was an addition on both ends of the floor, and we're going to miss that. That's why I say it's going to be a team and collective effort to be able to overcome this.
aware conscious effort glue guard moving people
They were like glue on me at Notre Dame. That's how people are going to guard me from here on out. That is something I have to be a lot more aware of and keep a more conscious effort to just keep moving continuously.
begin defensive huge knew pressure run second time
I knew it was time to do something. They went on a huge run to begin the second half. I wanted to have something to show for our defensive pressure on the other end.
beat came exactly felt last ring
I really do feel for her. She came back to beat us and get a ring and she felt exactly the same way she did last year.
confidence guard late mean point portray season struggling teammates true
I'm not a true point guard but I have to show the confidence I have in myself and in my team. I have to portray to my teammates the confidence I have in my team. We've been struggling of late but that doesn't mean the season is over with.
credit definitely goal good great mine tail
It definitely wasn't a goal of mine when I set out to go play at Tennessee. It's just something that happened. I give all the credit to my teammates. They set up great screens, they are good passers, and I'm just working my tail off to get in position.
feeling feels games lost playing potential sick three tired
We've lost three games this season, but it feels like we've lost 15. I'm sick and tired of losing, sick and tired of feeling this way, sick and tired of not playing up to our potential and my potential.
rattle speed
We were pressing in the first half. We never got into our offense. We let them speed us up, rattle us, and when we did get in our offense, we were still sped up.
