I don't know what standards and what ramifications he's being judged by. All I can say is nothing of good things about him and I enjoyed being around him for the last couple of years.

He can tell guys to hit the weight room because he's in the weight room. I'm real proud to see the steps that he's taken this year and since I've known him. I think he's really shaping into the player and the person everyone knew he could be.

He asked us to give him a fresh start, to go in with no preconceived notions. It's been a roller coaster. It's tough because we all felt strongly about the old coaching staff. He wants to give us a fresh start and that's what we've got to do for him.

We're all brothers and our father is leaving to go somewhere else. There were tears. There were positive things, too, because Lou is leaving us with a lot positive things he's instilled in us since he's been coaching us.
