intense practice week
After Wednesday, we had a pretty intense week of practice.
appreciate court guys learning looking match talented
In the first match Ian got off the court pretty quickly, and that's what we're looking for. The old guys are learning to appreciate the young guys and how talented they are.

In doubles we got off to a fairly good start, with the exception of number one.
helps high home level playing
(Hagan) is playing at a pretty high level for a freshman. ...We've been at home which I think helps them (the freshmen) too.

I felt confident with what we had left out there, that we could get another point.
expect hard lace time work
You can't expect anything just because you work hard in practice. You've got to work hard every time you lace up your shoes.
confident felt shocked
I was as shocked as could be. I felt confident with how we were playing.
fight fists gut punched run ways
When you get punched in the gut there are two ways you can react. You can put your fists up and fight or you can run away.
couple match practices tough worked
We had a couple of tough practices after the DePaul match and just worked on our intensity.
sleep until
We're not going to sleep well until Sunday, until we can get back out there.
