Yesterday I did. I want my name to be in the paper because I hit two homers and I went 4-for-4, not because of any other reason. I understand that this whole second base thing is a controversy. That's fine. I want you to understand that if I'm on the bench and somebody else is playing, I'm going to be pulling for him. I'm not going to be talking bad about anybody. I love my teammates, I love this team.

I love it here. I really got to see a different side of it yesterday. Going to the hospital and watching on TV, you see the other stuff that goes into the games. It made me realize why I love the Cubs as much as I do and why I want to play here.

I don't think it's a seller's market. I think you wait to see how the rest of this month goes. You cruise into September and you have a better idea. You don't go off selling people now or you are quitting right now. Now is not the time.

I like first. It's relaxing for me. Up the middle is pretty tense. At first, you're fighting complacency.

If I were to get traded tomorrow, I think the team is responsible for my rent in Chicago for six months. That's why I tried to get the rent as high as possible, so if that happened they would have to think twice about it.

It almost shocks me to look at our record and know the team we have. To me, it doesn't match up. But it is what it is, and we are going to continue to battle.
