Monk is such an irritating and annoying character, I think everyone relates to that at some point.
She's like Judy Holliday with a real edge.
Here is a man who is trying to do the right thing -- who finds himself in a situation where he is actually part of a system that's not doing the right thing.
The first time, there's like a rush of wind and you can't really say anything. You're speaking, but you don't know how the words are coming out.
