We made an effort to slow down (Spencer) Stewart and (Dustin) Maguire. We decided to give (Mark) Schaefer and (E.J.) Jones a little more room, and they hit shots.

They were a great team coming in this year, and then you add a post player like Maguire and the team's even better. They've got a lot of weapons.

I think our kids put a lot of emphasis on the tournaments and they're usually ready to go.

That hurt. We get to within two and he hits that long shot at the horn, that really hurt.

They pounded the boards on us in the second half and we missed some free throws there at the end. We couldn't quite get over the top.

It was a special tournament for us. Everyone stepped up for us at various times.
coming guys hit huge knew mike sending slow
You knew coming in they were going to do something to try to slow (Stephen) and Mike down. They were sending two guys at Stephen and he hit some huge shots.
awesome boards flying great player playing tournament
What can you say about Elliott tonight, he was awesome. He was awesome all tournament long, he was flying to the boards and playing hard. He's a great player and he showed it tonight.
along chances close coached definitely deserved fortunate games hard played win
We were fortunate to win that many games because there were definitely some close ones along the way. They're very well coached and they played hard for 32 minutes. They deserved to win, but we had our chances at the end.
great guys step team tonight tournament
We had some guys step up tonight and play great. It was a great team tournament for everybody.
