I'm not going to throw (Owens) out of practice because he's accused of something. Lamar is helping out. This is somewhat of a getaway for him. He can come out here and get away from things for a while.

I'm not happy, certainly not satisfied, with what we've been able to get done on the field. We've had some good years. We've had some very competitive games, but we need to break through. We need to have an 8-, 9- or 10-win season before long.

I hope it's me and this staff. This staff has worked extremely hard. But if it's not, I don't coach out of fear of losing my job.
