college dame games sidelines texas top
I was on the sidelines for Notre Dame. I have to say the Notre Dame and Texas games were two of the top 20 games in college history.
promise realize team
We realize there is more at stake, but I promise you we'll go there with the same attitude. That's just the way this team is.
I just didn't get it done. It's frustrating.
afford dude few game good great guys league player plays
He's just a good dude that plays the game right. Grady just has a great way about him. First off, he's a great player, and he's going to be a great player in this league for a long time. He'll be one of those guys that doesn't really change, other than he'll be able to afford a few more things.
definitely gotten
I don't know, I've never gotten off to one. It's a long, long, long year. It's definitely nice.
good
I didn't put up a good enough fight.
athletic coach feeling few fox game majority mental says separates
I'm feeling comfortable out there. I know what I'm doing. I know my responsibilities. That's a lot of the game. Coach (John) Fox says 95% of the game in mental, and it really is. When you get to this level, there are a few superstars, but the majority of people, athletic wise, are the same. It's the mental part that separates them.
hope sneak watch
I hope we can still sneak in there. Hopefully, we can get it done and come in here and watch TV.
feeling
I made some adjustments and I'm feeling better. I'm getting back on track.
friends-or-friendship good last
I'm actually pretty good friends with him. I didn't really think much of that last year, or much of this. It's in the game, and that's what happens.
barely couple lucky night touch
I could barely touch his knuckleball all night, but got lucky enough a couple times.
andy both certain expect expected gives kid ready talented
If I do what I expect I'll do and Andy does what he's expected to do, there will be a place for both of us. If you have a young, talented kid who is ready at a certain point, it gives them (Indians officials) some options.
believe
It's a little-kid feeling. You can't believe what's happening. You're giddy.
absolutely cliff conscious dugout effort fun guys knack pride takes winning year
Absolutely there are guys who have a knack for winning games. Cliff is one of them, and it's very underrated. All year long, if we have a big inning, he makes a conscious effort to get us back in the dugout fast. He takes a lot of pride in that. He's fun to play behind.
