I thought we ran really well. To a runner, we ran faster than last week and got out a lot better.

I thought the guys ran really well considering it was pouring rain and there was a 30 mph wind.

bright five girls horizon pleased ran
That was a real bright spot, but the two through five girls really ran for us and packed up well. I was very pleased with the way they got out and they ran about as well as they could, Minot and Horizon just ran a little better.

Whitney beat a girl that ran varsity last week and finished in the top 20, so she ran strong.
girls good happy mile runs solid talked top
We had some outstanding runs from our top girls and solid runs all around. We talked about getting out to a good first mile and we did that and were very happy with the results.
decent meet places ran state took workouts
We ran okay, but our workouts for the state meet took their toll. We ran decent times, but didn't get the places we wanted.
