He was the world champion at the 1 and 3 m springboards from 2005 to 2007 and is the first, and so far only, diver to have been world champion in the three categories. I was really focusing on keeping that leg with me instead of losing it. I sort of got lost in the rotation. With these guys there's no way you can afford to make that kind of mistake. I was happy I managed to come back. I didn't give it up.

I believe the Go Active! Fitness Challenge is important at this level, because it's at school that we start learning good habits. Ever since I was a kid, I've needed to move and be active. Being active, for me, is also about having dreams, working hard to get better and better, having fun doing it and achieving my dreams. I hope this program will encourage young people to be active and have dreams.
