aiming compete consistency europe european goals immediate larger major olympics small year
My immediate goals are to do well at the U.S. Championships and compete well in Europe this summer. I am aiming for consistency and small improvements for this year. There are no major championships this year (i.e. Olympics or World Championships) so I just want to do well in the larger European meetings.
building focused improve last nutrition similar stuff trying year
I am just building off what I did last year. I am trying to improve little by little. I am doing similar stuff to what I did a year ago, just trying to build on what I did the year before. My nutrition is as always, I am focused heavily on that because I think it really makes a difference.
accomplish meets
There are so many meets between now and Beijing. I have a lot I want to accomplish this year.
