address buying concerns extra looking market people percent ready waiting
We're looking at a market where 15 percent of people said they'd be buying in a year, and 40 percent of people will be ready to buy in two years. So what about that 25 percent who are waiting the extra year? They're not in a rush, but they will buy. They have some concerns about confidentiality and reliability of delivery. They want to know who will address these concerns.
ourselves remove science society time trying
We're trying to make a place for ourselves in society at a time when science is trying to remove at least some of us. For me, it's very scary.
challenges feelings today
Find the beliefs that are strangling your feelings, challenge them for your sake as well as theirs, and see how it feels to love someone without a thought about the future, simply for who they are today.
jobs husband believe
To believe that your husband, wife, parents, kids, boss, job, bank account, or body is even partly responsible for your emotions, to think that there are bullets 'out there' that you have to contend with, that there are stressful life events to overcome, is to miss something vital.
oppression individual states
Statism – the subordination of the individual to the state - leads inevitably to the most hideous oppression.
nice winning years
Winning the Rookie of the Year would be nice but making the playoffs would be even nicer for me.
night years want
Playing in sold out arenas several nights a week is something I have never experience before. I want to experience that. I want to experience that in my first year and build on that.
girlfriend stars nba
I'm not into jewelry. I've got some earrings but they're not too expensive. There are guys who drop a hundred grand for a chain. The public's got it right - a lot of NBA stars are arrogant and like to spend lots of money and have lots of girlfriends and all that.
summer australia-day people
It's definitely different in the States. Americans are much different people compared to us. We're much more laid back. I itch to get back to Australia every summer because it's so fast paced there and so stressful.
tired order practice
I can cook a little bit but pretty much when I get back from practice I am pretty tired that I just order out.
simple years america
I have argued for years that we do not have a health care system in America. We have a disease-management system - one that depends on ruinously expensive drugs and surgeries that treat health conditions after they manifest rather than giving our citizens simple diet, lifestyle and therapeutic tools to keep them healthy.
meditation focus attention
Learning to focus attention and concentration is very useful; meditation can help you do that.
technology thinking two
I think integrative medicine, something I've pioneered, is the way of the future. Its great promise is that it can reduce healthcare costs by shifting the whole focus of healthcare away from disease management to health promotion and prevention. They can do that two ways: first, by focusing attention on lifestyle medicine, which is very deficient. And second, by bringing into the mainstream treatments that are lower cost because they are not dependent on expensive technology.
emotional thinking practice
I do not claim to have attained optimum emotional well-being. Actually, I think that may be a lifetime goal. For me it’s an ongoing process that requires awareness, knowledge, and practice. I do know what good emotional health feels like, and that motivates me to keep at the practice.
