bad felt loss remember slam totally
I don't really remember a loss where I felt this bad afterward. I've never felt better going into a Slam than I did here. This has totally blindsided me.
bad felt loss remember slam totally
I don't really remember a loss where I felt this bad afterward, ... I've never felt better going into a Slam than I did here. This has totally blindsided me.
complacent letting
I don't know if it's so much the intimidation. I think it's more letting them know that I'm not going to let them get away with something, I'm not going to be complacent out there,
captain job team
I don't know if it is his job as captain to give the other team any more motivation,
ahead arrogant bit far focused last
I don't know if I can think that far ahead. I think it would be a little bit arrogant of me to think ahead to the last four. Right now I'm just focused on the first round.
earlier felt necessity won
I didn't feel like it was a necessity because I had won tournaments earlier this year, ... but I felt it was a necessity to play well.
advance clean conditions days five huge obviously
I didn't feel clean with anything I was doing up there in Montreal. Obviously getting here and getting used to the conditions four, five days in advance will make a huge difference.
took
I didn't play well and he took his chances,
badly beaten credit great people played today
I didn't play that badly today. I think I would have beaten most people today but let's give credit where credit's due, he played a great match.
badly beaten credit due eight errors good looked people played plus total winners won
I didn't play that badly - plus eight in winners to errors - I looked and I won more total points. I think I would have beaten most people today, but credit where it's due - he played a very good match.
means win
By no means are we underestimating the Belgian team, ... We're going to have to play very well to win this tie.
advance against balls clean conditions days difference five good hopefully huge obviously playing switching
Hopefully it will make a big difference, ... Switching balls is a little thing, but it makes a big difference when you're playing against such good players. I didn't feel clean with anything I was doing up there in Montreal. Obviously getting here and getting used to the conditions four, five days in advance will make a huge difference.
bigger bit guy head mind nice patient picture
He's the same guy I've always known. It's good, because I'm not so patient with myself out there. So it's nice to have someone with a little bit more even-keel head and bigger picture in mind sometimes.
effort five four guy join main maybe
He's the one guy that all of us are chasing. He's the main guy, and then there's probably four or five of us. Maybe we need to do a tag-team effort or something, join forces.
