I say it's a reflection not just on me but the whole program. It's something the whole program should be proud of because not just one person can do it. You have to have the parents, the coaching staff, the students and the support from the community and I really think we are starting to get that.

We're going to have to go to the other side of the country. We have to travel to a different time zone. So, we've got some issues, and we've got to try to limit them as best we can.

In all honesty, I think Jared is an acquired taste. You have to watch him for a long period of time to appreciate what he does. There is nothing he does that is going to wow you. He's not tremendous at anything, but he's very, very good at all things.
